A few years ago, I took a Hurtigruten trip in winter. I love Norway because of its breathtaking and diverse nature (northern lights, long, bright summer nights), the opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, its modern, sustainable way of life, the friendly, uncomplicated Norwegians, and the high quality of life.
And you have to try dried cod and King crabs.
